Good place to work , Not much increments , Good work place to learn things , friendly environment , HR Department is poor in managing the employees . Feeling Happy now , but in matter of increment and promotion I totally disagree with the management process.

its a good place to work and i learnt there how to mange team and team work and i learned how to work cool and soft going under pressure. and scope of exploring the challenging kind of works are very rare. so i decided it is right time to move on.
Any typical day at work used to be very busy, hardly got any time to eat and that too very late from the normal time. I learned a lot about banking procedures. Management was okay like any bank has to be. Workplace culture wasn't encouraging as the higher level people wanted to be run after and given unreasonable importance even if it affected efficiency. The hardest part was to get punished for someone else's mistakes. The most enjoyable part was that as an employee of the bank I got a better rate of interest over customers.
