Its always hard to deal with customers specially when their work is pending for months and that though for no specific reason.
As I have joined just 4 months ago I have to cope up with this typical situation sometimes.

my co workers are very much supportive at times.

this was my first job, straight out of campus, and had immense learning experience.
In my stint, i had got a good all round experience of retail banking operations.

it was good to serve in axis bank . i had leave the job because of i was offroll employee . if i will get a chance in future as onroll i would love to join. location doesnt matter. good culture organisation

A day start at 8:30 am at Branch and ends at after 8 Pm everyday. I have joined bank as executive now I am AVP. I have accomplished my work given to me. Earlier management was kind, now,new management has taken tough stand , but not ready to understand real issue. I am serivce person not hardcore sales or maketing person.

A good company to make your career but giving the wrong Profile in the Initial Level.
Initially talked to hire as an Operations Head but at the time of Joining usually hire a person on the profile of FDO for the time till the existing Ops Head get transferred to new location.
This creates a complex into one's nature as previously he was heading a team – more... and now working as an individual FDO may be for a time being but it creates a problem for that time. – less

The work is stressing the Operations part of the job is really enjoyable, however I dont like the sales pressure. The only reason for changing the job is that it is too pressureable to continue is that even though you are the best in Operations but there is no value for it. The most enjoyable part of the job is that we meet a lot of people to speak. – more... Different views and different people makes more callenging and urging to give your best. Learned about how to build customer relationship, maintain it.
The management was very good at the branch level as well as at zonal level.
Lucky enough that I was under such a good staff member who motivate me,help me and try that I am comfortable to perform my task.

I really love the job banking in office work what ever give me i am working

working hours are leisue. management and co-workers are very helpful. im very happy as of now with my job profile and salary for now as im a fresher. and now im trying for better oppurtunities and with better salary package.
