This company is more concerned about keeping the clients but not concerned about the health and welfare of the employees. Most of the employees are extremely exhausted because they are overworked and are not properly compensated for the hard work. I've experienced numerous racial comments even from upper management. I am currently a manager. I enjoy it. I have learned more than I ever expected. I enjoy working with people, and learning about benefits. I understand 401k, pension and medical benefits.

This review is from a long time ago before Hewitt Associates was taken over by Aon. The standards were very high. The professionals were of the highest quality. Benefits for employees were the highest anywhere, all paid for by the organization.

A very good organization with good pay benefits, work life balance and job security which gives you many options to learn and grow in your career

As a Texas resident licensed Life/Health Insurance Benefit Advisor was the direct point of contact for Medicare eligible retirees and guided clients in choosing an insurance plan based on their individual needs.

Seemed like a nice place to work, this was only a temporary assignment.

Worked well as a team. Bank closed in the U.S. and only stayed open in Canada.

Initial compenation is good for someone right out of college or without a college degree, however 0-2% raises are the norm for quality performers. Long hours and little praise/ recognition if you work on the CDG (Client Delivery Group). I was one of the longest running members of what was, at the time, Hewitt/Aon's largest call center teams. I worked an 8am -5pm shift and handled calls that ranged in topic from Health Care and Dental benefits, to Pension, and FMLA processes.

While on this job I had a greater sense of team and support from my co-workers than I have had in any other – more...  position. It was towards the end that I became disillusioned with the monotony of the job and chose to leave with notice to pursue my training career. – less

To find a position with a platform that promotes growth and success; a challenging position to develop my skills in customer service, account operations, marketing, interpersonal, analytical and marketing.

I managed anywhere from 8 to 50 associates depending on the time period. We handled Open Enrollment, FSA & Cobra Administration, & other Benefit options as defined by cloent. I enjoyed coaching employees & developing new skill sets.

Excellent experience working with professional individuals in a team based environment.

Casual environment, serious industry, excellent training offered in Human Resource Benefits at all levels, opportunity to learn multiple client accounts.

Review and research escalated issue for payroll and health and insurance for our clients.

Great job, great team, and working virtually is fantastic but you are too removed to get recognition, receive accurate or timely communication, and there is no career growth. Groups of people are not engaged at all, only collecting a paycheck

Learned a new skill, enjoys helping people and being their for people. The hardest part of the job is training, i like to do things myself and i a more hands on person. The most enjoyable part of the job is how time go by.

The day goes really quick as it is very fast paced and always busy with tasks that needs completing that time just flies by before you know it. I have learnt various skills in terms of communcation, organisation, team wokring as well as using own initiative when needed which I belive will help me in the long run. The hardest part of the job is trying to get something done for an employee such as they need a visa letter but do not give us enough notice whereby we have to turn it around in such a short period of time. But its always fun to overcome the challeneges in order to provide the service to the employees. Antiquated systems. Horrible work processes in place. Horrible management. Old school way of processing work. Manager needs to retire. Spends the day socializing. Co workers very unfriendly and unwilling to help.No training at all re: job processes.Just the worst work experience ever!
