The management wanted employees to work like robots
Sales (Former Employee) – Kerala – June 23, 2017
Well, you will get paid well. Other than that, it's highly sophisticated hierarchy where staffs are asked to work like robots. Restrictions are high compared to other jobs in the same industry. All activities are centrally managed thus making difficulties in people management and day to day functioning.
Most of the profiles are suited for bachelors. Those who live with families, don't expect any leaves. Off day is totally under the discretion of Branch Manager. The day of joining will ask to sign the leave policy of the firm that too contain 8-10 pages !!!

Aakash Institute is a great institution to work with. The management really cares for the students and all the plans are made for the benefits of the students. They are not money oriented but work oriented. I enjoyed each and every moment of my experience with Aakash as I used to get good incentives.
A day at work is full of challenges which brings in opportunities to increase work knowledge like learnt ERP software. Management is supportive and giving an employee friendly working culture. Hardest part could me my resignation and enjoyable part includes achievement of long service award
